It enhances the ability for the body to absorb and utilize nutrients. Hanging out in the sun even for just for 5-10 minutes can be highly beneficial in this way.
I understand what it’s like to want to just dive in so that you can hurry up and feel well! Unfortunately, when we rush things, it can backfire. You want to give the liver a break, so try to keep to the basic supplements until further along in your healing. With any of these supplements, it can take time to feel an improvement.
